Eligibility for Returns
You may return item(s) within 3 days from the date of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item(s) must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition (unless having manufacturing faults.)
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
Refund & Return Policy
You can initiate a return within 3 days from receiving your order (including the receiving day).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s): being in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition, having all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact and included, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. We will process your refund via your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be processed for the item's purchase price, excluding any shipping charges or applicable fees.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team through Instagram dm or email. We will assist you in checking the availability of the desired item and guide you through the process.
You can initiate an exchange within 7 days from receiving your order (including the receiving day).
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all the tags and labels attached.
Shipping Costs
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error.
